To Whom It May Concern:

To be able to make a difference in people’s lives, large or small, significant or slight, is truly a legacy that Khrys Kantarze will leave. Her ability to help individuals, ranging from the CEO and Board of Directors to the night shift staff buffing floors, to improve their ability to be of best service, solve problems, and look at the world a little more positively, is nothing short of remarkable.

I have known Khrys, professionally, as a co-worker, from the late 1980’s. As we both developed in our careers I recruited Khrys to be the VP of Human Resources for Restore Therapy Services, LTD, where I was the Chief Executive Officer for 10 years. Khrys held that position from 1999 to 2005, being a key contributor to the company’s significant growth, development, and success.

As the “go-to” person any time there was a performance issue, she was frequently involved with the operations team helping to develop the “human” side of any operations performance problem. Her skills were valuable with creating an ongoing training and development program for all levels of leaders and managers, as well as team building. She has an uncanny way of helping diabolically polarized people to hear one another, understand one another, find some common ground and move on. Needless to say our company enjoyed an exceptional employee retention rate in an extremely competitive market.

Khrys’ abilities to teach, train, problem solve, and motivate became in demand with our therapy clients. They wanted to achieve what they saw Restore accomplish with teamwork, morale and quality of care. A satisfied, consistent, well trained staff is the foundation to good service. Khrys was a part of our operations teams’ secret to success.

With the unusual HR background that includes tenure in key operations/administrative positions, Khrys’s knowledge is hands on, and so much more than a feel good approach to Human Resources. She understands the day to day demands of running a business and managing a complex staff.  Her recommendations and approaches to problem solving are meaningful, relevant, and sensitive to the demands on time and money.

Clearly she has my full recommendation. Any team, or individual manager or leader, will benefit from her talents. If your desire is to enhance a highly performing team, or find solutions in a leadership crisis, Khrys can help: with a smile, with kindness and sensitivity, and with confidentiality.

If I may provide further information or recommendations on her work, I would be happy to do so. Feel free to contact me at the number included.

With regards,

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Khrys Kantarze as a professional speaker. I have known her for over 9 years. I have had the privilege of not only recommending her during my tenure on the Annual Conference Committee for the Florida Healthcare Association but personally attended many of her seminars.

As a professional speaker, Khrys delivers with contagious enthusiasm, using her experience in healthcare. Her use of real life anecdotes and her ability to apply practical solutions is welcomed by her audience. She brings many years of "street tested" techniques and proven methodologies designed to create real solutions.

Khrys would be an asset to any organization’s training program or conference, and I am happy to give her my wholehearted endorsement.

Sincerely,
Leigh Lachney

To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure that I recommend the human resource services of Khrys Kantarze. I have worked with Ms. Kantarze for over 20 years with two different organizations. She excels in problem resolution; motivational training; labor and employment law; development of communication systems and financial planning.

Unlike many human resource consultants, she has operations experience having been a practicing administrator for several years. This one factor is significantly unique and enables her to relate to and consult with management on a level that is meaningful and practical to them.
