Today’s world of healthcare management is demanding. Coupled with the responsibilities of everyday life, it can be stressful. Stress can take a toll on your health. Some stress is necessary and can’t be avoided. Some is healthy and can help you thrive, but too much stress can create significant mental and physical health problems.

Through this motivational and practical session, discover what you do that adds stress to your already stressful life and what you can do instead to add to your peace of mind. Understanding key principles of how your mind works can make it simple to learn to counterbalance the stress in your life.

Objectives:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
  1. Discover the little stressors that are easy to manage or eliminate from a busy life
  2. Develop a personal action plan incorporating easy to implement techniques to decrease stress
  3. Create a more positive environment to help reduce stress
  4. Experience hypnosis and visualization for stress reduction and discover ways to use these techniques in your daily life
This dynamic session will use lecture, group discussion, and visualization techniques to teach participants how minor changes in behavior and focus can produce major results in health and happiness.
